You'll find nautical decor and color scheme throughout this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit illuminated by the turquoise ocean just outside the windows. There is 1 king bed in the Master bedroom, 1 queen bed in the second bedroom, and a wrap-around couch in the living room-- this does not fold out. Upgrades are sprinkled throughout including a huge flat screen TV in the living room area neighboring the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the luxury of private parking and laundry or venture down to the community area and pool/BBQ.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
*There is no AC in this unit. Being located along the coast brings cooler temperatures and a coastal breeze.
*Community Beach Access is closed due changing bluff conditions. Nearest beach access from Surfsong is Fletcher Cove approximately 0.2 miles & 5 min walk.
*For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot backup as we can't control service interruptions & outages.
*Surfsong has an elevator from the parking garage to your unit floor. If for any reason the elevators are out of service, stairs must be taken.
*This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around. We don't monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking.
