Every bedroom has comfortable mattresses ranging from king size to twine each with fresh bed and bath linens. The living room and two of the bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs for your viewing pleasure. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, cookware, and kitchenware. The dining room seats six, and the breakfast bar has two stools. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the guest bathroom. Every bathroom is stocked with essentials and plenty of bath linens. You also have an entrance to a private courtyard just off the master bedroom. There is a huge outdoor area that is perfect for entertaining and grilling. Home has two driveways to accommodate multiple vehicles with ease. We set out a welcome tray of snacks, tea bags, and pods for the Keurig K Cups coffee maker. Pets are welcome, pet fees apply. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Both alterations are based exclusively on availability. We require ample time to meet sanitation standards before each new guest. Please inquire about your date range, as there are no guarantees. There is an additional fee of $20 for every hour before or after standard time for each accommodated request. There is a 15-minute grace period after 10 am check-out, a $25 fee ensues every 15 minutes thereafter. If you need to check-in before our 10 am check-out time, and or need to check-out after our 4 pm check-in time; We require the additional night to be booked to accommodate your request. Non-Smoking This home forbids indoor/outdoor, smoking/vaping. Evidence otherwise will incur a $400 housekeeping expense for the additional sanitation time and effort to reinstate the listing.
