Contact me directly for more information. Welcome to our first floor fully furnished duplex in Shaker Heights, OH! This 2 bed, 1 bath unit is within walking distance to the super popular Van Aken Shopping and Eating District. You can catch the local RTA bus to get to major destinations or take the local RTA Rapid train down to University Circle, Cleveland Clinic, CWRU, Cleveland Clinic, and more. Our duplex is in a very family friendly and safe area of Shaker Heighs. The unit has a private entrance. There are hardwood floors throughout, comfortable and cozy furniture, high speed WiFi, a flat screen Smart TV (with access to Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc), and a sunroom for reading/relaxing. The kitchen comes with all major appliances and cookware. There's a breakfast nook that seats 4 people. The dining room has a big bay window and seats 4 people. One bedroom is carpeted with a double bed. The other bedroom has hardwood floors with one queen bed. Full bathroom with shower/tub combo. Laundry facilities located in basement and shared with second floor tenants. Driveway and garage shared with second floor guests.

For any guests who book a stay between 30-59 days there will be a built-in $300 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you surpass that cap by more than $25 you will need to reimburse us for overage using a credit card on file. Guests who book a stay of 60 days or more are subject to reimburse us directly for utility usage EXCEPT Wifi and security system. For a full house of 4 people, monthly utilities tend to run between $250 to $275 per month. A CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU ONCE YOU CHECK IN. This is an older house located in a wooded area of Shaker Heights. It's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. Rest assured we do a very thorough cleaning before each guest arrives and take all precautions to ensure that pests do not enter the house. In the RARE EVENT that you happen to see a mouse inside the house, PLEASE ALERT LINDSEY RIGHT AWAY AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM.
