Please lock your vehicles (yes, the bears can open car doors) at all times and keep trash in approved bear receptacles. Never attempt to approach, feed or pet any wildlife of any size. Our cabin is maintained by a local pest control company however there are times during the year when you may find a couple ladybugs and other bugs in your cabin. They sneak in while loading and unloading of vehicles and when the doors open. Cancellation Policy Guest Cancellation: 1. More than 60 days before check-in: Full refund minus reasonable processing fees. 2. 60-31 days before check-in: 50% refund of base rate. 3. Less than 30 days: No refund. Manager Cancellation: If Manager cancels due to unforeseen issues (e.g., property damage), Guest will receive a full refund or alternative accommodation. Manager is not liable for any additional costs resulting from such cancelation (e.g., travel expenses). There will be no refunds for cancellations due to natural disasters, inclement weather, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events. There will be no refund issued due to steep roads or driveways. **WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE PURCHASING TRAVEL INSURANCE** Please in inquire if you would like to purchase travel insurance/ We partner with Generali Global Assistance Travel Insurance. Check-Out Process: Guest must vacate on or before Check-Out Time. Upon vacating Property, Guest agrees to properly secure the Property by ensuring that all exterior doors and windows are locked. Guest agrees to leave the Property in good condition. “Good condition” means, but is not limited to: all trash placed in outside trash receptacles; dirty dishes placed in dishwasher and dishwasher run; grill cleaned (if used) and cold ashes removed; all used towels placed inside showers/tubs; remove all perishable food; and log out of any streaming services utilized on any devices at the Property (Manager will not be responsible for charges made to any streaming accounts in the event you fail to log out). Guest will be responsible for any fees, costs, or damages that result from Guest’s failure to comply with this Check-Out Process including, but not limited to, a late check out fee of $50 per half hour past the 10am check out time, if Guest does not vacate on or before Check-Out Time. Guest booking our cabin agrees to complete and sign rental agreement, provide management with identification and requested information with in 24 hours of booking, failure to do so will forfeit guest's reservation and will be subject to above cancelation policy.
