Hike in Tonto National Forest, or take a short drive to town to pamper yourself at one of the many wellness spas in the area. Life doesn't get much better than this! Nearby Trailheads: Fraesfield Trail head, Brown's Ranch Trail head, Granite Mountain Trailhead, Lorill Equestrian Center (guided Horse trail rides). Parking Details: 1 car garage. 7 cars can fit in the driveway. We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests. If you choose to ship an item or mail to the property, AvantStay is unable to receive or sign for the items on your behalf. We are not liable for items shipped to the property that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received. Please note this home has a fully working horse stable and there are daily workers on-site each day. They will not bother you or be on the premises of the home itself but will be on the 40 acres throughout the day. Please be aware that no parties are allowed at this home. **Please contact Customer Service for horse stable rental details prior to your stay. All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities. We will not tolerate any excessive noise or partying and have the right to vacate you from the property should this be an issue. Please note that if your reservation dates have been moved, all cancellation policies remain attached to your original reservation date.
