It is only a few steps to the white sand beaches and emerald waters of Seaside, with it private access to the beach through its own Pavilion.
Waves has a super beachy feel- and is well suited for a retreat a couple or small family.
It is a romantic spot in a perfect location.
Waves has its own private small deck and a garden with places to sit, eat or swing!

It also has its own outdoor shower for rinsing after the beach

Waves(vrbo#1469943) is a separate carriage house located on the same grounds as the main home Breakers(vrbo#1469942). If you wish to reserve the main home along with Waves please rent each property.
If you do not wish to reserve the main home along with Waves, please be aware it can be rented separately and there is a chance it will be occupied by other guests during your stay.

Access is included to Seaside Swim and Tennis Club with its private tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, and playgrounds.

*Please note: You must be at least 25 years old to rent
*If you choose to bring your dog/s, there is an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog. The fee is to be charged after reservation confirmation.
