10 minutes to the beach. My home is a bright multi-level townhome on the front of the complex in the heart of Santa Monica. Gated off-street parking is included under the unit. The house lives large with high ceilings on both floors. There is ample room to spread out with large closets & a bathroom for each bedroom. There are two patios. The full kitchen is stocked with essentials for cooking meals. Nearby is a beautiful fish market, Vons & Whole Foods. Santa Monica has endless attractions from the shops and restaurants on Montana, tech companies calling Silicon Beach home, USM, shopping on 3rd street promenade, the infamous Santa Monica pier and of course, the beach! All are within walking distance, less than 2 miles.
