Potential for noise - This is the upper unit of a triplex. May hear noise from other units. Must climb stairs - About 15 steps to get to the front door. Laundry unit is shared by other 2 units and is coin-operated. Surveillance camera on the exterior of the front door. PARKING:1 assign parking on the property and will not fit a pickup truck, Street parking is ok but can be hard to find late at night.
