Property Summary

Chapel Point 201 is a three bedroom two bathroom condominium that sleeps 7. This unit is located on the second level of a condominium building and does not have elevator access. Enjoy this cozy condos open floor plan with fully stocked kitchen, living room with flat screen TV, gas burning fireplace, dining table with seating for six, and a balcony to soak in the views. The first bedroom is the master with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed and the third bedroom has twin bunk beds as well as an additional twin bed. The second full bathroom has a single vanity sink and shower tub combo. This unit is ski-in ski-out via a homeowners trail behind the unit and has two parking spaces in a heated garage.

Chapel Point is a multi-level condominium building with ski-in ski-out access. These units feature a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, washer and dryer, and garage parking for two vehicles. Please note that the garage parking is approximately 7.5 feet wide and 7.5 feet tall. If your vehicle does not fit, it cannot be parked outside the unit and must be parked in the gateway lot, which is a short walk away. The condominium sits on a homeowner’s trail with access to the Creekside lift.
