Nob Hill is a great mixture of cute neighborhood and vibrant city. This unit sits just one block from Nob Hill's peak and offers fairly flat terrain East to West. Venturing over the hill you will find iconic sites such as Grace Cathedral and the Fairmont Hotel, not to mention amazing views of the Bay. This location is central to shopping in Union Square, exploring bars and cafes on Polk Street, doing business Downtown/FiDi. NOTE: - This unit can be noisy (during the day and at night) as there are thin walls. - Children are being home-schooled in nearby units. - Floor noise from above. - Building will be retrofitted from April 1 through the end of August 2019. This will be very noisy from 9 AM - 6 PM (Monday - Friday). A lot of the work being performed is directly below this unit. Unit will not be suitable for working from home during this time.
