The unit also includes an in-unit stackable washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, and all utilities included. One of the standout features is the triple sliding glass door that opens wide to the backyard, creating an easy indooroutdoor flow. The wall-mounted smart TV swivels so you can watch comfortably inside or angle it toward the pool areaperfect for movie nights or catching a game while relaxing outside. Usage above these caps will be charged at actual usage cost (metered rate plus administrative adjustment). There are no refunds for usage under the caps. This keeps utility costs fair and predictable for long stays. Optional pool and spa heating packages are available for long-term stays.
