The unit is located on the second floor of a small residential complex. You will have access to our team 24/7. You will be provided with contact information for your host, available during the day, as well as our 24-hour concierge service team in case of emergencies. PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow parties of any type, excessive drinking or loud and disrespectful behavior. Security cameras protect the property and any behavior that violates the property rules will result in immediate cancellation of your stay and you will be escorted by law enforcement off the property. Kindly remember there are other neighbors. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Each guest has one free covered parking space. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to your vehicle or possessions while parked at our facilities. Early check-in/ late check-out request is subject to host approval per unit's availability. For any approved request, $35 will be charged. Smoking: This building is designated as entirely smoke-free. This policy encompasses all spaces, including private and communal rooftop areas, individual units, as well as any other public areas within the building, and the communal property, whether indoors or outdoors. Smoking is only permitted off the premises and on public property. If you are a habitual smoker and anticipate difficulties complying with this regulation, we recommend considering alternative accommodations. Please be aware that any indication of smoking will incur a fine of $500 and a booking cancellation.
