Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located apartment! This newly designed and furnished apartment has a style of its own! Our dog-friendly, fully fenced backyard is just 2 miles to the downtown waterfront and convention center, tucked in a quiet neighborhood with bars, restaurants, and a dog park. Let us welcome you to our cozy apartment that is the perfect home away from home. Your space is one of three private apartments, and is separate from the two other units. We have NO central air conditioning in the unit. To help cool the space down on the warmer days you can open windows and enjoy the cool evening air! There is one bedroom with a very comfortable Queen bed, a stylish living room, a fully equipped kitchen and cozy dining area, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The space has a smart TV; feel free to log into your favorite streaming services during your stay. Absolutely no smoking inside or outside of the home. We ask that all smoking be done at least 10 feet away from the property. Access is through a digital lock where a code will be sent to you before your check-in. Parking is available in front of the unit. DreamBnB has a team here in San Diego for anything that guests my needs. We do prefer that all communication stays in the booking app unless it is an emergency. Convenience: The neighborhood is not only safe and quiet, but also offers ample parking. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, you’ll love the friendly vibe and accessibility of Golden Hill! Getting around San Diego is easy and convenient from our location! Here’s what you need to know: Walking: Enjoy a variety of great bars and restaurants just a few blocks away Rideshare: Quick Uber or Lyft rides will take you downtown in just minutes. It’s also a short 2-mile ride to Broadway Pier, where you can catch the Coronado Ferry, and you’re just a hop away from the first exit off the Coronado Bridge. Parking: Ample street parking is available. Small dogs under 45 lbs welcome! Handicap accessible Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee $50, or a refundable Safety Deposit hold on your card of $1000, which covers potential damages during your stay. If you are bringing a pet, please know there will be a pet fee of $10 per pet. These options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App. Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected. ***For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 30-180 nights would be $1000, 30-270 nights would be $1250, and 270-364 nights would be $1500*** For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maint
