There is storage available in the basement, which is also where the community laundry space is located. There are two entrances, one from the street into a common interior stairwell and one from the parking lot into the back patios. The kitchen includes a gas stove & oven, an over-the-range hood and microwave, a full-size refrigerator, and an automatic dishwasher. All cooking and dining utensils are provided. Additional food prep items include a toaster, a hot water kettle, a drip coffee maker, and a slow cooker. The dining area has a dining table and six chairs. The living room includes a full-size couch with a guest bed, one overstuffed chair and ottoman, one reclining chair, a coffee table/storage container, a wall-mounted smart TV, lamps, and a bookcase. The small bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, a small storage closet, a convertible bed, a desk, and a desk-chair. The large bedroom has two closets, a king-sized bed with under-bed storage, a dresser, bedside stands, a lamp, a desk, and a chair. The back deck has seating and a table. Other amenities may be available by request. One garage space in a dual shared garage is included. Additional parking is available on the street; a city parking pass is required.

This condo is directly across from the entrance to St. Paul Community College. It is a 10-minute walk to the State Capitol, the Science Museum of MN, and the St. Paul River Center. The neighborhood is quiet and is beautiful for walking. The parking garage is split between two condo owners; each owner is allowed one car. This condo does not have any additional parking in the lot. Other owners may agree to allow an extra vehicle in one of their outdoor spots, but that is not guaranteed.
