The king master suite features a large private bathroom fitted with a shower tub. Two additional bedrooms share a bathroom, each with a queen-size bed. Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans, Smart TVs, WiFi, and fresh bed and bath linens. We set out a welcome tray with snacks and pods for the Keurig K Cups coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events, children and pets are welcome, and pet fees apply. **Important** Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG which provides identity verification. Please note that once you have booked, your booking confirmation will include your SUPERHOG verification link which will ask for your ID and identity information. This must be completed prior to check-in as it is a requirement of booking. ***For additional chargeback and scam protection we require a picture of the card used for payment matching the name on the reservation. Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The fireplace at the property is solely decorative, non-functioning, and is prohibited from being used. The propane grill at the property is available for use during your stay. Please utilize the cleaning brush within the grill, additional grill tools are located in the kitchen. Be mindful of checking for flammable debris. Ensure the knob is left in the off position. Do not leave children unattended while making use of the grill. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Both alterations are based exclusively on availability. We require ample time to meet sanitation standards before each new guest. Please inquire about your date range, as there are no guarantees. There is an additional fee of $20 for every hour before or after standard time for each accommodated request. There is a 15-minute grace period after 10 am check-out, a $25 fee ensues every 15 minutes thereafter. If you need to check-in before our 10 am check-out time, and or need to check-out after our 4 pm check-in time; We require the additional night to be booked to accommodate your request.
