The Space: This cozy single-level guest house offers comfortable sleeping arrangements: – Primary Bedroom: King bed – Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bathrooms: – 1 full bathroom All linens and towels are provided for your stay. (Please note: hot tub towels are not provided.) Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, utensils, plates, and more — everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. The space includes a large dining table, a kitchen bar area, and a cozy breakfast nook. Layout & Location: This guest house is located on the same lot as a larger main home. While attached to the main house, the guest house has its own private entrance and a small independent backyard. There is no interior connection between the guest house and the main home, ensuring complete privacy. Please note: – The larger backyard belongs exclusively to the main home, so we kindly ask that you do not access that area. – The guest house does not offer direct lake access from the property itself, but if you exit the home and walk to the left down the street, you’ll find public lake access just past the neighboring house.
