Summer season: Georgia weather are hot and humid and temperature can sometime reach 95 F. We have a central A/C unit for a 3 story home, and because heat rise, please expect cold temperatures in the basement guest suite (~65 F). A radiator heater will be provided in the event that you prefer warmer temperature (70-73 F), but the main thermostat temperature will not be adjusted as the 3rd level will become too hot.
