We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. When it's time for bed, choose between our 4 bedrooms: (1) The first primary bedroom has a King bed, walk-in closet, a dresser, and an attached bathroom with a vanity. (2) The second bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom. (3) The third bedroom upstairs has two Twin beds, a closet, and an attached bathroom. (4) The fourth bedroom upstairs has a couch that pulls out into a Queen bed, a closet, a desk/chair and a nearby bathroom. Centrally located with easy interstate access the home is in a brand-new neighborhood. Public Transit, bike trails, and ride share available. ★ Not pet-friendly. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home.
