Rocky Summit is your ideal destination for a relaxing and convenient escape, where you can enjoy the natural beauty of Beaver Lake while being just moments away from the vibrant heart of Downtown Rogers. Our newly constructed 4-story home sleeps 12 guests and features gorgeous lake views, a large patio with a hot tub and dining table, a huge game room with a kitchenette and shuffleboard table, kayak/paddle boards available for the short walk to the water, a fire pit and SO much more!Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. Our home is just a short walk away from a beach area at Beaver Lake and just 10 minutes to Downtown Rogers - an area filled with unique shops, restaurants, and bars. Our home is down a short dirt road. 4-wheel drive is recommended but not required. ★ 4-wheel drive is recommended but not required. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
