Quiet and peaceful family neighborhood located centrally in Rochester. A character home built in 1925 with gumwood and hardwood floors upstairs; tile and engineered wood downstairs. The upgraded kitchen and bathrooms compliment the character of the house well. It truly feels like home-away-from-home. We are confident you will have the same feeling. In our opinion, the home works best for a maximum of four people. There is a full washer and dryer in the unfinished basement. Brand new 55" Samsung smart TVs; one in the living room and one in the primary bedroom. Apps include Netflix, Prime, AppleTV and YouTube among others. 3 bedrooms...Bedroom 1: Queen Bed.
