OCCUPANCY LIMIT 16 - Waterfront 4 bedroom and 3 bath home on the Raymond Cape. The home also has 2 basement bunk areas for additional sleeping. Bedrooms and bathrooms on all 3 levels. The 1st floor bedroom has a double bed. There is a full bath off the kitchen. The 2nd floor and 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have double beds in them. The 3rd bedroom is a bunk room style with 2 double beds, a single bed, and a double mattress that could be pulled out onto the floor. There is also a full bathroom on the 2nd floor. The larger basement bunk area has 2 single beds, and a double pull out couch. The small basement area has a twin pull out couch. There is a double mattress in the basement that could be used in either area as well. Also, there is a full bath in the basement. The basement is a walkout. Outside you will get to enjoy the view from the deck, relaxing on the hammock, and enjoying the views of the bay. A dock and mooring are available for boating. Shallow sandy entry is great for the kids to go swimming. 2 DOGS MAX, $125 PER DOG.
