Sandy frontage and dock. Dock. The lot slopes to shore slightly but is a level yard toward the shore. Air conditioning. Convenient location. There is also is a nice sandy association beach nearby. Close to shopping and restaurants. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 PET FEE
Waterfront/Lot Description: Grassy lot slopes down to a small sandy beach at the shore. Shallow sandy bottom swimming-great for kids and the dog. There is also a nice big sandy association beach a short walk away.
