The condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. The back patio has access to the pool/jacuzzi just steps away and a spectacular mountain view. A driving range is within walking distance from the condo. Guest will have access to pickleball, bocce ball, and tennis courts, golf course, and fitness center at low daily, weekly, or monthly rates as shown in one of the photos. Sunrise CC is a gated community which includes a challenging 18-hole par 64 executive golf course, twelve tennis courts, three pickle ball courts, bocce ball, fitness center, activity center, a clubhouse with a restaurant bar upstairs and a grille offering breakfast and lunch downstairs, golf shop, tennis shop and two putting greens.
