Pool is 30x14 D 6' Spa is 5'
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
The Spa will not heat up if the heater is not paid for.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

Garage:
* Two cars can park in the garage
Up to two cars can fit in the driveway
Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure or we will charge $150 to replace it.
No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.
There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.
