When you arrive at Tradewinds’ elegant location on one of Princeville’s best streets, you will know that you chose wisely. Your family & guests will be delighted by the private courtyard centered on the large pool with swim-up bar, kids' pool, built-in spa & two waterfalls. The poolside entertainment area features a Weber gas BBQ. After dark, glow in the dark European ceramic pool tile creates a wonderful ambiance for a relaxing evening dip.

The House is newly constructed in 2023. The front door of this 2500sf home is approached via the pool area & a large roofed poolside lanai. Additional roofed lanais total about 1000sf giving an expansive indoor/ outdoor living area. Entry is through one of two sliding walls totaling 30ft for seamless indoor/outdoor living. The large great room with a clear fir vaulted ceiling features ample seating & 86" TV. This area includes the kitchen with Wolf, Bosch & Thermador appliances & a beautiful blue glass island. Cool polished floors & elegant white, grey, and blue tones add to the feeling of spaciousness throughout.

Every detail of the home was meticulously designed over five years of owning the land before construction began. Two separate wings place each of the four main bedrooms on a corner for privacy. The poolside of the H-shaped house faces North-East to capture the trade winds. With 3-sided ventilation in all main rooms &bedrooms, breezes waft constantly throughout. Although individually controlled Mitsubishi silent AC is also provided, it is usually not needed.

The four main bathrooms have Grohe rain showers & soaker tubs. Private lava rock garden showers with exposed copper rain heads & growing orchids open off both master bathrooms. The matching poolside shower is mounted on a beautifully decorated surfboard.

Two equal but different covered great room lanais on opposite sides of the property offer choices of sun, shade, cool & warmth throughout the day & night. The two master suites have California king beds & the two additional rooms feature king-size beds. All room have covered lanais.

There is a fifth sleeping area with a sofa-bed, bathroom & desk.
