The large granite island with second kitchen sink, comfortably seats 4 people and the dining table seats 6 guests. 

The living room area is spacious and inviting.  Relax and unwind in the elegant living room, every chair and seat in the Livingroom features a recliner for each guests comfort, with a large Smart TV that host many movies and shows for the liking. Netflix, Prime and Paramount are provided by host and feel free to log into your own account. The home offers a dedicated office space with a large desk and comfortable office chair, ideal for those who work from home or desire a quiet area for study, this room doubles as a single sleepers quarter with comfortable pull out twin sleeper bed.  The state-of-the-art stereo system, expertly installed, has been meticulously piped throughout the entire home with ceiling speakers, transforming it into a sonic oasis. Immerse yourself in rich, crystal-clear sound as it music effortlessly travels from room to room, filling the air with your favorite melodies and vibrant beats.  Each room has the ability to adjust the volume or turn it off all together. 

The two master suites  are generously sized, offering a comfortable retreat. Both bedrooms feature a luxurious master bathrooms with everything you may need,  brand new, exceptionally comfortable, adjustable king size beds with remotes to adjust the head and foot area. These beds are great for who like to sit up and read, or watch TV on the Smart TV's. Both extra large bedrooms promote relaxation and offers privacy when you need it. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, linens, towels, hair dryers are provided in each bathroom. One master suite has a jacuzzi bath tub and both Masters bathrooms offer a walk in shower. The office space provides a brand new twin sleeper sofa, perfect for an additional single guest. 

The home is located in one of the safest neighborhood in Prescott and provides extra safety measures throughout the home such as a overhead sprinkler system, fire, smoke alarms and glass breakage monitoring 24/7. Guest access the home via Keyless entry.  Cameras monitor the outside door entrances for extra safety to our guests.  Cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces is a high priority and we follow the CDC's recommendations for best cleaning practices. 

One of the highlights of this property is its outdoor court yards. Step outside and discover a meticulously landscaped yard in back, a peaceful courtyard in front. With a putting green, it is a great place to practice your putts! The easy to use pellet grill offers great BBQing, pellets' provided! The outdoor areas are perfect for enjoying the pleasant Prescott climate. Whether you prefer to relax on the patio, host a barbecue, or simply soak up the sunshine, the outdoor area offers endless possibilities to unwind. Watch the hummingbirds on the front patio, or the many other bird guest that visit the water bath and feeders.
