SPECIAL AMENITY: For those guests staying 2 weeks or longer, we can provide you with special access to the HOA’s Exclusive Community Clubhouse, with premium amenities such as: Granville’s fitness center, swimming pool, jacuzzi, pickleball, tennis, basketball courts, billiard/ping-pong room & more.  You will need to contact us, at least 1 week prior to your arrival to coordinate, and complete the HOA registration form.  The earlier the better, this way we can verify if the Clubhouse will still allow this access!  HOA’s policy can change, unless we confirm with them.  There is a required HOA fee of $15, per each adult ID card that is created, and this is paid directly to HOA.  Children under 14 do not need an ID card, but must be accompanied by an adult.  More updated info can be provided upon your text message request to the host at the number above.  Note: The pool is closed during winter time, and usually opens from May 1st to October 31st.  Jacuzzi remains open throughout the year, unless lightning storms.


SECURITY CAMERAS:  For your safety & security, there are 4 security cameras located at:  1) the main entrance video doorbell, 2) right-side exterior of house facing driveway, 3) right-side exterior of house facing backyard gate, and 4) backyard-facing sliding door.


SMOKING POLICY: Out of respect to ALL our guests, absolutely no smoking is allowed inside or outside (including front & backyard) of this house. A $500 penalty will be charged if smoking takes place. Thank you for your understanding.
