Each unit provides a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, and dishwasher, compact washer and dryer, fireplace, a private patio or deck with charcoal BBQ grill, cable television with DVD player, complimentary WiFi, CD player, irons and ironing board, and towels and linens. ABOUT KALA POINT This gated timeshare community is nestled in tall evergreens, just six miles from the scenic Port Townsend and a short drive from Olympic National Park. MANAGED: This managed property needs good guest behavior and adherence to instructions, rules, terms, conditions, and requires online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. IF dogs area allowed, there is a quantity and weight limit, with a per-day, per-dog fee. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording depending on staffing. There may be interior decibel meters to report excessive noise. To allow enough time for full cleaning, check-In time is 5pm and Check-Out is 11am. Bookings over 29 days are with Prospera Property Management.
