Each unit provides a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, and dishwasher, compact washer and dryer, fireplace, a private patio or deck with charcoal BBQ grill, cable television with DVD player, complimentary WiFi, CD player, irons and ironing board, and towels and linens. ABOUT KALA POINT This gated timeshare community is nestled in tall evergreens, just six miles from the scenic Port Townsend and a short drive from Olympic National Park. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for any issues that might arise. MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.
