Before being accepted, we need to know the number of occupants and the reason for the trip (business/work-at-home or celebration). • For any extended or far-out stays: If you plan on traveling Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday or over any special event or Holidays or Christmas through Easter or any other peak/shoulder season or booking a stay more than 30 days out, please inquire with us before making an instant booking. We do not have any standard rates, and most rates are set only for the next 30 days. We usually do not allow Friday-to-Friday or Saturday-to-Saturday stays unless it is a last-minute booking within a week of arrival. If your stay is a weekly stay, the best option would be if you could travel from Sunday to Sunday instead. This is because most of our bookings are on weekends, Thursday to Sunday, and for 6-8 nights, this would cover two weekends, which is two bookings for us instead of 1, so the opportunity cost is very high.
