Casa Chillax is pet-friendly with a $200.00 non-refundable fee. There is also a fenced-in area for your pets and kids to play. Casa Chillax has a completely stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite family meals. Coffee drinkers will appreciate having both a drip coffee and a Keurig machine. The living room has comfortable seating for you and your guests. There is WiFi for your convenience to stream your favorite movies, TV shows, or to stay connected with friends and family. The well-appointed bedrooms offer cozy beds and tasteful decorations, creating a soothing atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The primary bedroom has a king and an attached bathroom with a step-in shower. Bedroom two has a queen. The kids will love the bunk room, bedroom three, with 2 twin/twin bunk beds. At the end of the hall, you will find a "bunk nook," the fourth bedroom, with a twin/twin. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Imagine sitting on the spacious deck watching a glorious sunrise, while sipping your coffee with seagulls calling "good day" to you! Downstairs, you will find lots of gathering space around the Tiki Bar or picnic table while delicious entrees are grilled on the charcoal pit. Once you are ready to spend some time at the beach, it's a short walk, golf cart, or dive away! There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long, fun day at the beach! This is the perfect place to "chill" and call home on your family vacation.
Crystal Beach sometimes experiences power outages, but at Casa Chillax, you will not have to worry. This home has a generator that can supply the entire house with power. You will be so "chillax-d" that you will not want to leave!
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, and sunscreen! Once booked, log into your guest guide for instructions on your home, beach rentals and things to do on the Peninsula.
All of our homes are located at Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar/Gilchrist. Not Galveston.
