Quick access to the beach, a designated parking space, and a sparkling pool makes this space a true tropical retreat. The Space: This is 2 bedroom and 1 bath apartment. Sleeps 4 guests. Central courtyard and heated pool. Newly renovated with all new furnishings, bedding, and linens. We can provide a pack n play and highchair upon request to make traveling with little ones easier. We provide bedding and towels, and starter sets (hotel size) of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We have beach chairs and towels for you to use on the beach. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom Bedroom 1-King bed with access to patio Bedroom 2- Queen bed Bathroom located in hallway Back Patio Area Kitchen-Full fridge, stove with 4 burner stove-top washers and dryers on-site. Through the center corridor at rear of building on the right. **Please note: NO SMOKING is allowed inside apt. Any evidence of smoking (smell, ash, damage) will result in immediate forfeiture of security deposit and potential additional fines** Guest Access: Please note - all door codes, information, instructional videos for amenities, and Wifi info will be sent to via a LINK. Check your message inbox in the booking site message forum . Guests have access to home except any locked doors or any doors marked "Designedvr Staff" Interaction with Guests: We are available through message forums 24 hours a day for questions and have property management personnel locally to help with any concerns. Getting Around: Walking distance to the beach. Uber is readily available in this area. Other Things to Note: Minimum age required for booking is 21 ONE assigned parking space per unit. **Park in your numbered space only!** Any additional vehicles must find parking on the street and pay. Any unauthorized vehicles will towed at owner's expense. No daily cleaning service House Rules: • No smoking • No pets • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
