• There is a $500 fee for smoking in the premises.

• Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on the platform's policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.

For your peace of mind, our home is equipped with exterior security cameras. One camera is positioned above the front door, another above the mudroom door, and a third overlooks the backyard patio. All cameras are exterior-facing only and are used to ensure guest safety and property security.
