"The cutest house in Fishtown" is our highest compliment. We took two years updating this 1875 rowhome because we didn't want to miss a single detail. This tiny charmer is unlike any other. The lower level consists of a cozy living room with a pullout queen sofa bed, gourmet kitchen with gas range and a Smeg refrigerator, and a powder room with in unit washer/dryer. The second level is an open bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, linen storage, dedicated workspace and bathroom with a full vainty and bidet.

More Details
A couple of things to note about our 1875 rowhome.... 1. We are interested in gentle renters only. We have lovingly restored this home and filled it with family keepsakes and antiques and we want to share it with people who have the same appreciation for delicate things. 2. Our house is SMALL! She looks great for 667 square feet but she is tiny. 3. We do have a pullout sofa bed (queen) in the living room but stay true to the fact that this house is best suited for one or two people. 4. If you are a taller or sturdier individual, you may not enjoy our house. We kept the original staircase which is only 28" wide, and with the handrail it's more like 25". As well, our shower is roomy but not particularly tall. The rainhead is lower than a traditional faucet and we think anyone over 6'-2" tall will not enjoy using it.
