Located on a sought-after tree lined porch front block of charming Fairmount, this corner-unit home is flooded with light from three sides and an upper level skylight. Completely renovated in 2023 and lovingly furnished. The main floor features an open floor plan, sitting area, large kitchen island, balcony off the kitchen (with charcoal grill) with a fully stocked kitchen and upgraded kitchen appliances. One floor down - the finished basement is street level with a side entrance, garage off the back, and a cozy tv room with sectional sofa (featuring a VERY comfortable pull out bed). The 2nd floor has three large bedrooms , a spacious bathroom and a washer/dryer. There is one primary bedroom, one dedicated office and one office/home gym space that includes a Peloton bike, free weights and yoga mat you are welcome to use during your stay. Location is quiet, on a very family friendly block, but our home is best suited for a couple or family with an older child.
