We provide quality mattresses, soft sheets, comfortable pillows, and fresh towels so everyone can settle in and get a good night's sleep. You'll also appreciate the updated interior, featuring modern vinyl flooring, custom quartz countertops, KitchenAid appliances, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals at home. A smart lock makes check-in simple and convenient, with keyless access available throughout your stay. Seven Bedrooms With Flexible Sleeping Options Whether you're traveling with extended family, several couples, or a larger group, the bedroom arrangements offer plenty of flexibility. Bedroom 1: King bed with private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Queen bed with access to a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Bedroom 3: Queen bed with access to the same Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Bedroom 4: Flexible sleeping arrangement with either one king bed or two twin beds. Bedroom 5: King bed. Bedroom 6: Two queen beds. Bedroom 7: Two queen beds. Need additional sleeping space? The family room sofas convert into flat sofa beds that can accommodate up to four guests. You'll also find two twin roll-away beds with memory foam mattresses stored in the primary bedroom closet. The flexible setup makes this home especially convenient for family reunions, group vacations, sports trips, and friends traveling together. Bringing Your Dogs We welcome up to two dogs with advance approval. Please contact us before booking to confirm your pets are permitted. The pet fee is $225 per stay, plus applicable taxes and Airbnb fees. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out Want a little extra time at the house? Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $400 per request, plus applicable taxes and Airbnb fees. These options are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Our regular check-in time begins at 4:00 PM, allowing our cleaning team enough time to prepare the property for your arrival. Heated Swimming Pool Pool heating is available for an additional fee: ● First day: $250 ● Each additional day: $150 ● Applicable taxes and Airbnb fees are additional The pool is heated to approximately 80°F. Depending on the outdoor temperature, it can take two to three full days to reach the desired temperature. Please arrange heating at least three days before arrival. Pool heating must be purchased for your entire reservation. We cannot provide heating for only part of your stay. Heating fees are non-refundable, so please consider the weather and your plans before requesting this service. BBQ and Propane One propane tank is provided with your reservation. If you need additional propane for the BBQ or fire pit, extra tanks are available for $50 each, plus applicable taxes and Airbnb fees.
