Discover the ultimate in privacy and serenity in this Pebble Beach® property. Behind a charming wood fence, you’ll find a park-like setting with uninterrupted views of the forested green belt behind this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat.

Vaulted ceilings, open floor plan and abundant windows evoke a sense of spaciousness that belies its 1,710-square-foot interior. Hardwood floors adorned with beautiful rugs add a touch of elegance throughout.

You’re close to the many nearby beaches and the legendary 17 Mile Drive that wanders along the scenic coast. Pebble Beach is home to some of the world’s most iconic golf courses, so you’re in the right spot if you want to take in a few rounds. A short drive takes you to Monterey with the world-famous Monterey Bay Aquarium, Pacific Grove, Carmel and further out to Carmel Valley, Big Sur and all the wonders in between. You’ll find grocery stores, delis, restaurants and shopping within a few-minutes’ drive.

Living Spaces:
The living room features a vaulted ceiling with skylights, stylish, comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace with stone surround. A large flat-panel TV with cable is mounted over the fireplace. A wall of windows and French Doors that open onto an expansive deck designed for entertaining.

An outdoor dining table with chairs sits at one end, while a movable hammock lies at the other. In the center, there’s a gas grill and comfy sofa, chairs and coffee table near stairs that take you down to the nicely landscaped yard.

The light-filled family room features comfortable seating, a game table and tasteful art pieces. It opens onto a lushly landscaped front yard watched over by a stately Magnolia tree. Stone covers the walkway that leads to the home’s front door and a handsome patio with chaise lounges.

Kitchen and Dining:
The gourmet kitchen includes granite countertops and a peninsula with seating for 4. A 5-burner gas Thermador stove, Thermador dishwasher, KitchenAid refrigerator/freezer and built-in microwave make the kitchen a home chef’s dream. Drip and Keurig coffee makers, toaster and water filtration system put everything you’ll need close at hand.
Nearby, a long wood dining table with 6 chairs sits next to a bay window with built-in banquette.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Luxury linens and amenities will make your stay comfortable and memorable.
Bedroom #1 is a primary suite furnished with a king bed, dresser, night stands and lamps, a walk-in closet, and doors that open onto the back deck. The en-suite bathroom has a roomy shower, built-in shelving and porcelain tile floor.
The two guest bedrooms are each furnished with a queen bed, nightstands with lamps and a large closet.
The hall bathroom, close to the guest bedrooms, features a glass-encased tub-shower combo and a stone tile floor.

The attached two-car garage includes a washer, dryer and utility sink along with cabinetry and an electric vehicle (EV) charger.

Sorry, this is not a pet friendly home because the Homeowners are severely allergic to dogs and cats.

The stay is not inclusive of the $12.25 per car, per day Gate Fee to be paid directly to the community of Pebble Beach®. Ask us for details.

With over 15 years of property management experience, we strive to provide environments that nurture and inspire with all the comforts of home.
