Parking is available for multiple vehicles, including space for boats and trailers—ideal for guests visiting for events like Cruisin’ the Coast or bringing their own recreational gear. Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property. Your reservation includes private use of the pool, tiki bar, outdoor dining area, games, and all outdoor amenities throughout your stay. We believe in giving our guests their privacy to fully enjoy their vacation. We will not be present during your stay, but we are readily available via phone or the messaging app if you need anything at all. The pool can be heated for a small fee. This option must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of arrival. Quiet hours and respectful use of shared spaces are appreciated to ensure all guests have a great experience. Guest Safety & Security: This property features external security cameras to monitor the perimeters. Active cameras are located at all four corners of the home. These devices record video and audio.
