Welcome to Olive Ranch, an AvantStay home! Our home is the perfect spot to take in gorgeous views of the Salinas River Valley and vineyards of San Marcos. At night, play board games in our spacious family room while you cozy up to the fireplace. This 4. 5 acre home is home to over 70 Tuscan olive trees. ​​​​​​​ Adventure awaits in Paso Robles! Take a trip 5-minute ride to Vines on the Marycrest - where you'll find great wine and tunes under one roof. Or take a 10-minute drive and explore quaint Old Town. All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities. Parking Details: The driveway can accommodate 8 cars. As our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and the community by adhering to our house rules, keeping all outside noise to a minimum, and following shelter-in-place guidelines. We will not tolerate any excessive noise or partying and have the right to vacate you from the property should this be an issue. The bedroom configuration is as follows: Bedroom 1 / Queen Bedroom 2 / Queen Bedroom 3 / Queen + 2 twin size tri-fold sleeping mats Common Areas / Sofa Bed, 2 full baths Please note that if your reservation dates have been moved, all cancellation policies remain attached to your original reservation date. Please refer to your rental agreement or house rules for more information. We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests. If you choose to ship an item or mail to the property, AvantStay is unable to receive or sign for the items on your behalf. We are not liable for items shipped to the property that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols while stockpiling reserves for all supplies in accordance with suggested practices from US and global health authorities. We're taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions and our team of professionals is working around the clock to ensure that we are over-prepared for any guest concerns that may arise. Our staff is also equipped with protective gear to maintain the safety of all parties. We are closely monitoring all guidelines and communications from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and regional & national health authorities to update our best practices as the situation evolves. Pets are only allowed at a select few of AvantStay's properties. Please reach out to our team to discuss your pet, service or support animal. Un-authorized animals may be subject to a fine. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if there are any vendors that fail to meet and adhere to these standards. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones! ​​​​​​​
