Located in the stunning Parley's Summit, this home boasts gorgeous veranda views, beautiful red oak hardwood floors, and stunning wood finishes. Warm-up by the fireplace in the spacious living room as you sing along to the record player or race upstairs to play a game of foosball. In the backyard, you'll find privacy is paramount with a spa and a fire pit to cozy up your evenings. Nearby Activities: The Moose Cafe (for breakfast), Snowbird, Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain (Ski Resort), White Pine Touring (Walking Snow Shoe HIking), Montage at Deer Valley Spa (Massages), Bobsled Ride at Utah Olympic Park, Historic Main Street (Shopping & Dining). Parking Details: 3 car garage. 3 cars will fit in the driveway. Park City Fire Code Official Dave Thacker has issued an open fire and fireworks ban effective immediately within Park City limits. All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities. We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests. If you choose to ship an item or mail to the property, AvantStay is unable to receive or sign for the items on your behalf. We are not liable for items shipped to the property that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received. As our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and the community by adhering to our house rules, keeping all outside noise to a minimum, and following shelter-in-place guidelines.
