The residence offers a spacious patio that provides panoramic views of Arizona's red rock mountains. Large expansive windows adorn the home, ensuring your views are never interrupted. The abode features wonderful entertaining spaces with wood-beamed high ceilings, a pool table, foosball, a spa, and a pool for you to enjoy. This home is 10-minutes to Old Town Scottsdale! Nearby Activities: Hiking up Camelback Mountain, ATV Tours of the Sonoran Desert, The Wasted Grain (Bar), Octane Raceway (Go Kart Racing Tracks), Arcadia Farms Cafe (Great Brunch Spot). Parking Details: ​​​​​​​8 parking spaces (driveway). This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones! We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests. If you choose to ship an item or mail to the property, AvantStay is unable to receive or sign for the items on your behalf. We are not liable for items shipped to the property that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received. Per local city ordinances in Paradise Valley, outside noise may not exceed 56 decibels during the day. All outdoor music and noise is prohibited after 10pm. Inability to comply will result in fines. As our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and the community by adhering to our house rules, keeping all outside noise to a minimum, and following shelter-in-place guidelines. We will not tolerate any excessive noise or partying and have the right to vacate you from the property should this be an issue.
