Additional Info: - Pool temperature is kept at 76 degrees (Oct-Apr), with an option to heat it to 84 degrees for an additional fee of $150 + tax/day with a two consecutive night minimum. Please note that we need to be informed at least 48 hours prior arrival if you wish the pool to be heated. - All guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities. - You will receive detailed check-in instructions via email + text, so you are free to go straight to your flat and start relaxing right away! - Please be aware of wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but please be mindful about leaving the doors and windows open during your stay. $300 pet fee (Up to 3 pets allowed)
