This sprawling 2,227-square-foot, single-level California home features a stunning modern kitchen, sleek bathrooms, a fabulous open-concept layout, and expansive folding glass doors that perfectly blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Inside you'll find an immaculate, bright canvas punched up with vibrant, retro-inspired decor. The living area features comfortable lounge seating, blazing fast 1-Gigabit Spectrum Wi-Fi, and a large flat-screen Smart TVs. The kitchen is a retro-glam dream, fully equipped with everything needed to cook full meals. It features custom geometric tile, warm wood accents, a stunning matte white Café gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. We also have a teal Nostalgia 12-cup drip coffee maker and a kitchen island with barstool seating. Enjoy formal meals in the dining area (seating for 8), or step right through the folding glass doors to the outdoor dining space. The entire back of the house reveals a resort-like poolside paradise. You'll find a gorgeous private pool, attached hot tub, propane gas fire pit, gas barbecue (connected directly to the house line), and a wonderful outdoor hang-out space featuring retractable awnings, built-in umbrellas, a picnic table, and comfortable lounge seating. There are four luxuriously appointed bedrooms, providing ultimate privacy for your group as every single bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom and a Smart TV. (The home also features an additional half-bath in the common area). Master Bedroom: California King bed with sleek ensuite bath. Bedroom 2: King bed with ensuite bath. Bedroom 3: Queen bed with ensuite bath. Bedroom 4: California King bed with ensuite bath. (Note: One guest suite and its bathroom are fully wheelchair accessible. All furniture and hotel-quality beds throughout the home are brand new). This lovely home is perfectly situated for entertainment and relaxation. The Palm Springs Surf Club is located less than 1 mile (a four-minute drive) from the house. We are about 12 minutes away from Downtown Palm Springs, 20 minutes from the Aerial Tram, and very close to all other major attractions. Welcome and enjoy this perfect Palm Springs vacation home. Other things to note: Parking: The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles, and free street parking is available. (Please note: Guests do not have access to park inside the garage, though the washer and dryer are located there for your use). Pets: Strictly NO CATS due to severe owner allergies. (Dogs may be considered upon request and approval prior to booking). Cameras: For your safety and property security, exterior cameras are located at the front door, garage, and sides of the house. There are absolutely no indoor cameras. Pool Heating and Spa: *Pool heating if desired must be hired in advance for the whole stay: $150 for the first day then $100/day thereafter. Please inquire about extra fees if booking long (28+ night) stays; *Pool heating when hired is limited to 84F; *Pool does not need to be heated during the Summer months (June-August) it’s usually 80F+ naturally; *Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner. *Spa/Jacuzzi heating is included and initiated on-demand by the guest onsite. *** THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE *** EVENTS NOT ALLOWED *** The City of Palm Springs has resumed in-person meet and greets pursuant to PSMC 5.25.070(m). “The Owner or the Owner’s agent or representative shall meet the Responsible Party in person at the Vacation Rental or the Owner’s or Owner’s agent’s office prior to, or within twenty-four (24) hours of, the commencement of the occupancy and verbally explain and describe all rules and regulations applicable to the use of the property as a Vacation Rental and the responsibilities of the Responsible Party to the neighbors and the City as well as the Owner. The Owner shall secure the signature of the Responsible Party and all adult guests to a statement of rules and regulations …” In the City of Palm Springs, the main renter must be at least 25 years of age or older. By continuing with this reservation, renter represents that they are older than 25 years of age and further warrants that other occupants are either over the age of 25, or are accompanied by an adult guardian. NOISE: Palm Springs has strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit.
