Please request this service in advance. * **City of Palm Springs Requirement:** The City requires all guests to sign a separate written contract, which will be sent to you before arrival. Guests must also provide a copy of their government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of their vehicles. * **Cancellation Policy:** Please be advised that there are no cancellations for bookings during holiday and special event weekends. All other refunds are subject to a 5% service charge to cover processing fees. * **Our Commitment to Cleanliness:** Our professional housekeeping team uses EPA-registered cleaning products and follows strict protocols to disinfect and sanitize all high-touch surfaces, soft surfaces, and upholstery before your arrival.
