Designed for relaxation and connection, this home features a stunning open layout where expansive glass sliders create a seamless transition between the chic indoor living spaces and the incredible outdoor retreat. * **Living Area:** Unwind in the open-plan living room, which offers plenty of comfortable seating and a streaming-ready Smart TV for the perfect movie night. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of any personal vehicles. * **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance. * **Pool Heating:** There is an optional fee of $99 per night (2-night minimum) to heat the pool. Please make this request at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
