The community amenities (3 pools and spas, 2 tennis courts) and the location (we are only 15 minutes away from Downtown) make this condo the perfect desert destination. One assigned carport parking spot (it's a tight spot!) and one car can be conveniently parked in front of the unit. ► Dog welcome. Pet fee required. We have baby items such as Pack n Play + sheet, Seat Booster with tray and cushion, Splat Mat, Plates, Cups, Bibs. ► One of the community pools is directly next to the unit. This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow. **We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergencies only and only then via Airbnb message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible. The City of Palm Springs has resumed in-person meet and greets pursuant to PSMC 5.25.070(m). “The Owner or the Owner’s agent or representative shall meet the Responsible Party in person at the Vacation Rental or the Owner’s or Owner’s agent’s office prior to, or within twenty-four (24) hours of, the commencement of the occupancy and verbally explain and describe all rules and regulations applicable to the use of the property as a Vacation Rental and the responsibilities of the Responsible Party to the neighbors and the City as well as the Owner. Covered parking spot as well as in front of the condo. ► Children With Parents Are Welcome BUT note that the house is NOT child proofed in any way. ► This is part of an HOA community.
