Occupancy Limits: - Overnight: 2 - Daytime: 6 **NOTE ABOUT NOISE: You will hear noise from the road due to our location in the complex (closer to the main road) and also potentially noise from the unit above us. We have a white noise machine to help minimize these noises. ENTERTAINMENT: *TV with Cable in Living room and Bedroom *The community clubhouse behind the pool has pool tables. *There is also a nice fitness room and library (books, board games, etc) in the clubhouse. Please note that we can't guarantee the community amenities availability and operation during your stay. This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow. **We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm.
