Property Summary
Vast penthouse condo 2 stories and a loft! Amazing views of the mountains and ocean on the luxurious west side of the Pacific Palisades in Los Angeles. The furniture and beds (mattresses - oh so soft) are all new and modern and its not your typical cheap Ikea setup. A Weber Grill on the porch for grill masters. There are no shared walls with any other unit. The condo has been owned and lived in by many notorious rock stars from the 70s and 80s, lots of history. The upstairs which is now a bedroom and living room are all completely remodeled with a new bathroom. The studio upstairs is where the hit songs from The Doobie Brothers were all written, performed and recorded. It was a complete party pad where the likes of Lionel Richie, Boz Scaggs, Fleetwood Mac, Bob Marley and many more used to hang out. Most of the walls are the historic large California Bricks which is really cool. The energy up there is really nice. You open the windows and the fresh ocean breeze simply whips in and makes you new again. Its perfect for a couple families or just an artist who needs peace and wants to write or perform. This condo is quiet and chill and just the epitome. The building has all the amenities and you are close to everything cool. A new elite shopping village and park for tennis players and children. The amazing beach is only 1 mile right down the hill. . Temescal Canyon is your yard and it offers the most lush amazing trails in the entire city and you simply walk out right to it for a hike to see the waterfalls and the photos from the top, forget about it - you will get many like on Instagram. The condo has everything so no worries, everything - new stove - washer dryer etc. It's elite. The best Italian rated restaurant in LA is right out the door and the best grocery store across the street. This is it. I am renting because I am headed to Greece for 4 months. The condo is available May 1st till August 31st. Don't wait its a gem and steal and will go quickly.

More Details
Portable AC units included but with windows open and the breeze you don't need it really. Amazing Wifi - this is my home and its loaded out nicely with everything you may need.
