SMOKING ON BALCONY ONLY! My place is right in the center of National Harbor Resort with nice water views, restaurants, night life, tourist attractions, entertainment on the plaza and events! The unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with Potomac River views and private parking. As soon as you walk in there is a ceiling to floor window view with lots of sunlight. You walk in to a large living room/ dining room area. Kitchen area on the right. Once you pass the kitchen enjoy not one but 2 fully contained Main suites w/ an on suite bathroom for each bedroom. The primary suite has 2 closets and features a great water view, relaxing space to rest and private bath. The 2nd bedroom was built to be used as a bedroom or office and also has a dual entry bathroom. This condo one of the largest units in the building. It's not just a condo, it's a lifestyle! Plus this condo is safe with secured building entry, secured garage and concierge. What more could you ask for!
