Boat Slip: This unit does have a 10x24 boat slip available for a small fee. There is also a boat ramp on the property for smaller watercraft. No Pets: For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed in the condo. No Smoking: This is a non-smoking unit, including the balcony, to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all.
