THE SPACE
The main living area has a light and bright open floor plan that flows from the living room to the dining room, and to the kitchen. The living area has comfortable seating, ceiling fan, and a 65” smart TV. The living area also has a sofa bed for 2 guests. The dining area has seating for six and a small desk. The Kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need to prepare a gourmet meal. Small kitchen appliances include: Rice cooker, waffle maker, tea kettle, both pour through and Keurig coffee machines, omelet maker, toaster oven, toaster, blender, and an expresso maker. Off the kitchen there is a powder room. Paring is in front of the townhouse in the driveway, with additional, free parking available just a few yards away. The full washer and dryer set are in the garage.

BED & BATH
The Master bedroom has King-size bed, and new hybrid mattress. The master bathroom has double vanities and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds with new hybrid mattresses. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Both bedrooms have ceilings fans, top quality cotton linens, and 55” smart TVs.
